METHODOLOGY

Simply put, our approach is ‘learning by doing.’ Once we identify the specific areas of public speaking your team needs to focus on, we provide access to interactive materials on our platform.

This training is hands-on. Participants engage in debates and discussions, where they’re encouraged to share their experiences and offer each other constructive feedback. We also analyze segments of outstanding presentations from TED.com and other sources, exploring ways to be more empathetic in our everyday communication.

Ana: So, what did you both think of the Empathetic Communication training?

João: Honestly, it was one of the most practical trainings I’ve ever done. I really liked the hands-on approach. Most courses stick to theory, but this one gave us tools we can actually use in our daily work.

Pedro: I agree, João. Learning to disagree respectfully without causing divisions was a game-changer for me. My discussions with the team have been much more productive since then.

João: Exactly, Ana. And the mirroring language technique? Now, I always try to match my tone and vocabulary to the person I’m speaking with. Conversations flow so much better that way.

Ana: Another thing I loved was how the course taught us to give and ask for advice effectively. Sometimes it’s hard to ask for help without seeming insecure, but now I know how to do it professionally.
