Over nearly two decades, I have been instrumental in providing training support to the staff of a major company, initially known as Mondial and now part of Allianz World Partners. My role involved addressing diverse training needs across the organization.
Task
I was responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive range of training sessions. These included modules on Persuasive Presentation, Describing Company Performance, Business Verbal Communication, and Business Emails, as well as specialized courses like Language for HR and Project Management. The modules varied from 10 to 30 hours, designed to enhance specific skill sets within the company.
Action
Working closely with HR Business Partners, I tailored each training module to meet the unique requirements of different teams and departments. My approach involved interactive, hands-on training, coupled with real-world applications to ensure practical relevance and engagement. The training sessions were adapted over time to align with the evolving needs of the company and its workforce.

Situation
For over ten years, I partnered with Jeronimo Martins to address their need for enhancing public speaking skills among management trainees, working with a diverse, multinational team.
Task
My objective was to develop and conduct an annual three-day training program focused on effective communication and knowledge transfer in business contexts.
Action

Situation
For over a decade, I collaborated with a renowned global professional services firm to enhance the communication skills of their junior and middle management staff in Poland. This engagement extended to various departments and levels within the organization.
Task
My role involved designing and delivering two key training programs: “Persuasive Presentations” and “Business Reports,” along with a specialized “Empathetic Communication” course for a team requiring improved client relations.
Action
I conducted comprehensive training sessions open to all employees of the firm in Poland. Situation

I tailored the training sessions to cater to the diverse needs of the participants, incorporating practical exercises, real-world scenarios, and personalized coaching. Situation
I collaborated with Biocodex, a prominent French pharmaceutical company, to enhance the communication skills of their selected higher management in Poland. The training was crucial due to the close collaboration between the Polish branch and the French parent company, where proficiency in English communication was essential for success.
Task
My objective was to conduct a series of training modules, each up to 20 hours, covering Persuasive Presentations, Business Writing, Describing Company Performance, Debates and Negotiations, and Chairing and Participating in Meetings. The aim was to bolster the managerial staff’s communication capabilities in various business contexts.
Action
The training sessions were designed for small groups, enabling a focused and effective transfer of knowledge. I employed a mix of interactive methods and practical exercises, tailored to the specific needs of the management team. The content was geared towards enhancing their proficiency in English communication, vital for their international collaborations.
Result
The training received very positive feedback in post-training surveys, with participants reporting substantial improvements in their communication skills. BA GLASS
Situation
BA Glass approached me to conduct a specialized “Train the Trainers” course. The objective was to equip a select group of their employees with the skills necessary to become proficient internal trainers.
Task
My role was to create and deliver a two-day training program, focusing on effective knowledge transfer methods. The training was designed to cover key areas such as preparing engaging presentations, creating educational materials, and conducting successful training sessions.
Action
I facilitated this training at an external venue, providing an immersive learning environment. The course was interactive and hands-on, ensuring participants could practically apply the concepts taught. Special attention was given to the art of engaging an audience and the best practices in educational methodology.
Result
The training was highly effective, as reflected in the positive feedback received from participants. Who are your courses for?
Our courses at The Blue Tree are ideal for business professionals from all fields. They’re especially useful for those who see the value in communication skills and strive to excel in their roles through ethical and effective rhetoric. How are your courses organized?
Our courses at The Blue Tree are all about providing tailor-made solutions. We start by having a detailed discussion about your specific business needs. Our approach is to listen carefully and then design a course that’s just right for you.
Depending on what works best for your team, we can organize various types of training. For some clients, we conduct on-site training for larger groups, like our annual trips to Lisbon with Jeronimo Martins. Other times, we offer online training sessions spread over two or three days. We also arrange longer courses that span a month or more, with weekly sessions.

In short, we’re flexible and ready to adapt our communication training to fit your company’s unique needs.
Where do the courses take place?
Simply put, most courses take place online through Google Meet or Teams. It is also possible to arrange a training session at your business’s premises. At the moment, we do not offer face-to-face training sessions at our location.
How much does it cost?
We arrive at a mutually beneficial answer to this question once we learn what we can do together. But, just to give you a snapshot of the range of cost – one hour (60 min) of training is usually between 50 to 150 Euro.
Would I get any training materials from you?
Yes, of course.
Each participant receives access to The Blue Tree. It is our platform with interactive lessons on more than 20 topics and more than 500 lessons.

Are there any requirements for participants?
Yes, there are actually. There are two requirements.
First, participants should speak English at a strong intermediate level (at least B1, preferably B2).
Second, it would be great if the trainees came to us with open minds and curious hearts 😉
